A large slab of home cooked Prime Rib, cooked to temp served with  Horseradish and au jus.

seasoned and grilled to temperature, topped with roasted garlic butter


8 oz Sirloin

seasoned and grilled to temperature, topped with roasted garlic butter

Stuffed Pork Chops

Two 5oz pork cutlets sauteed and layered with an herb goat cheese, then covered in a cream of portabello sauce 


Tuscan Chicken 

Two chicken breasts grilled then topped with diced tomatos, basil, and onions all sauteed in white wine


Chicken Florentine

Two grilled chicken breasts topped with spinach, tomato, parmesan & garlic cream sauce


Lemon Ginger Crusted Salmon

Seared Norwegian salmon served with a caper buerre blanc


Creamy Linguine

Grilled chicken breast and crispy proscuitto topped with basil pesto cream sauce served over linguine, served with a side salad & toast points


Meatloaf

Handmade meatloaf, grilled onions, and mushroom gravy


Seared Tuna

Seared seasame-crusted Ahi tuna, served w/ wasabi creme, soy ginger gastrique & nori rice


Veggie Pasta

Marinated portobello & broccoli w/ garlic cream sauce served w/ side salad & toasted pistolette


Sides: cup of soup, side salad, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, cucumber salad, gouda grits, jasmine rice, or roasted brussel sprouts tossed with apple bacon slaw
