8oz center cut sirloin seasoned and grilled to temperature, topped with roasted garlic butter, additional Toppings: Burgundy mushrooms, bleu cheese brulee, spicy crab with lemon beurre blanc

Stuffed Pork Chops

Two 5oz pork cutlets sauteed and layered with an herb goat cheese, then covered in a cream of portabello sauce 

Tuscan Chicken 

Two chicken breasts grilled then topped with diced tomatos, basil, and onions all sauteed in white wine

Chicken Florentine

Two grilled chicken breasts topped with spinach, tomato, parmesan & garlic cream sauce

Lemon Ginger Crusted Salmon

Seared Norwegian salmon served with a caper buerre blanc

Creamy Linguine

Grilled chicken breast and crispy proscuitto topped with basil pesto cream sauce served over linguine, served with a side salad & toast points


Handmade meatloaf, grilled onions, and cajun gravy

Sides: cup of soup, side salad, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, cucumber salad, drunken chili, jasmine rice, or roasted brussel sprouts tossed with apple bacon slaw
