Two 5 oz pork cutlets carved in house, grilled with sweet and spicy glaze, topped with grilled pineapple and cocktail cherry.
Stuffed Pork Chops
Two 5oz pork cutlets sauteed and layered with an herb goat cheese, then covered in a cream of portabello sauce
Two chicken breasts grilled then topped with diced tomatos, basil, and onions all sauteed in white wine
Two chicken breasts topped with spinach, tomato parmesan & garlic cream sauce,
Pasta layered with pork, beef, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese topped with a creamy marinara. Served with toast points.
Sides: cup of soup, side salad, roasted potatos, sauteed spinach, steamed broccoli, or roasted brussel sprouts tossed with apple bacon slaw and almonds.
